Getting Started
Setup is incredibly simple! Just power on your frame, scan the QR code with your phone to connect to WiFi, then create your account and start uploading photos. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.
Our frames support standard 2.4GHz WiFi networks (802.11 b/g/n). We recommend using a network with WPA2 or WPA3 security. 5GHz networks are not currently supported but are planned for future updates.
No mobile app required! Everything works through your web browser. Simply visit our website on any device - phone, tablet, or computer - and manage your frame directly from the browser. No app store downloads, no app updates to worry about.
Your frame includes generous cloud storage for your photos. While there's currently no strict limit, we may introduce storage limits in the future with optional subscription plans for users who need additional space.
Technical Questions
Our e-paper technology only uses power when changing images. With typical usage (updating 2-3 times per day), the battery lasts 6+ months. Heavy usage might reduce this to 3-4 months, while minimal usage can extend it to 8+ months.
We support JPEG and PNG files. Our system automatically optimizes and converts your photos to the perfect format for the e-paper display, ensuring the best possible quality and color representation.
The frame connects via WiFi and periodically checks for new photos and updates. It doesn't need to be constantly connected - it can work offline and sync when connectivity is restored.
Absolutely! Through our web platform (no app required), you can upload new photos, change display settings, adjust timing intervals, and even restart the frame remotely from anywhere in the world using just your browser.
Display & Quality
Our 7-color e-paper display provides excellent image quality with paper-like clarity. While not as vibrant as LCD screens, the display offers superior readability, no glare, and zero eye strain.
Yes! You can set custom intervals for how often photos change: every few minutes, hourly, daily, or even weekly. You can also set specific times for updates to save battery.
E-paper displays don't have a backlight and don't continuously flicker like LCD screens. The screen does briefly flicker when updating to a new image (similar to turning a page in a book), but otherwise remains completely stable. They're easy on the eyes and look just like printed photos. The image remains visible even when the device is powered off.
Our smart processing automatically optimizes photos for the display. When you upload an image, you can choose how it appears: 'fit to screen' (maintains aspect ratio with black bars if needed) or 'fill screen' (crops the image to fill the entire display).
Billing & Support
No monthly fees are required! Your frame includes generous cloud storage and full platform access. While we may offer optional premium plans in the future for users who need additional storage or advanced features, the core service will always remain free with your frame purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and charging issues. All frames include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Advanced Features
Firmware updates add new features and improvements to your frame automatically. The frame checks for updates when connected to WiFi and installs them during low-activity periods. All updates are free!
Yes! You can set specific times for photo updates and create schedules for different times of day through the web dashboard.
Absolutely. All photos are encrypted during upload and storage. We never share your images with third parties, and you can delete your data at any time. Your privacy is our top priority.
No, the frame requires an internet connection to function. Photos are streamed from our cloud platform and are not stored locally on the device. The frame needs WiFi connectivity to display photos, receive updates, and sync with your account.
